Our Service Promise for a Seamless Shopping Experience
Extended Return Policy During the Holiday Season
To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable gift-buying experience, we extend our return policy during December.
For all purchases made between December 1 and December 24, 2026, we grant an extended return period of 30 days.
This allows you to return or exchange gifts even after Christmas, should they not meet your expectations or fit perfectly – stress-free and uncomplicated.
Returns – Fair, Transparent & Convenient
A return is possible within the scope of our service if
the product does not meet your expectations,
an item does not fit,
you have used our sample ring service and wish to return the samples, or
you decide to choose an alternative product from our collection.
Regardless of seasonal extensions, you may return ordered items within 14 days of receipt.
Repairs & Warranty Service
Our return form can also be used for repairs and warranty claims.

Returns Within Germany
Please do not send goods back to us freight collect (unpaid).
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a return shipping label.

For orders with a value of up to EUR 1,000, the return label is free of charge*.
For higher order values, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so we can arrange a secure and individual return shipment.
Items with a value of under EUR 150 (e.g. spare parts) should be returned sufficiently prepaid via postal service.
Please note:
Unpaid return shipments incur additional costs of EUR 15.00, which we unfortunately have to pass on.
Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
To offer you maximum convenience, we are happy to organize the return shipment on your behalf.
If we provide a return shipping label, or
if you arrange the return shipment using a carrier of your choice,
the return shipping costs will be transparently deducted from the refund amount.
This ensures clarity, fairness and full cost transparency at all times.
